profiPANEL enables a total of eight mounting depths to be provided for. Thanks to this wide range of depths, profiPANEL therefore enables almost every conceivable configuration for the internal mounting of components to be realised. The enclosure front of the profiPANEL system is manufactured made-to-measure and provides for the almost edgeless and flush mounting of a front plate. Appropriate cut-outs for a display, switches and more are included in the service provided by ROLEC and are produced ex-works to meet customer specifications. The profiPANEL series includes two desk models for internal mounting. An ergonomically designed profile handle system is available for even more convenient handling, particularly with the deeper profile versions. There is also a 450-mm wide latching keyboard holder as an alternative to the desk, which can be enhanced and/or extended by an additional mouse holder.

Parce que les trois profondeurs des profils de base se combinent, il est possible de concevoir des profiPanel avec huit profondeurs différentes. L’ajout d’un pupitre d’une profondeur de 60 ou 90 mm constitue une autre possibilité d’agrandir le montage intérieur. La face avant du boîtier du système profiPanel est usinée au millimètre près et forme une face avant qui affleure, ne présente quasiment aucun bord et qui est fixée de façon durable au boîtier. C’est pour cette raison que profiPANEL comporte deux variantes de pupitres à monter avec des profondeurs (P) de 60 et 90 mm. La paroi arrière du pupitre est vissée par défaut. Pour un maniement encore plus aisé de profiPANEL, surtout avec les versions de profil les plus profondes, vous disposez d’un système de poignées ergonomique. Il existe également un support de clavier encliquetable d’une largeur de 450 mm en guise d’alternative au pupitre. Celui-ci peut aussi être complété ou agrandi par un support pour souris.

Die Gehäusefront wird auf Maß gefertigt und dient zum nahezu randlosen und flächenbündig Einbau der Frontplatte. Die passenden Ausschnitte für Display, Schalter und mehr gehören zum ROLEC-Service und werden ab Werk nach Kundenvorgabe gefertigt. Wenn der Platz im Steuergehäuse nicht ausreicht oder zusätzliche Taster benötigt werden, ist ein Pult eine clevere Lösung. Aus diesem Grund gehören zum Portfolio von profiPANEL zwei Pultvarianten in 60 und 90 mm Tiefe (T) für Einbauten. This transfers the high mechanical loads exerted by wind in an optimal way. At the same time, the GRP profile improves the insulation capability of the entire system. The GRP profiles are drilled and counterbored on a large scale using a CNC machine, thus making installation significantly easier for the workmen.

For mobile platforms we generally use GRP construction profiles manufactured in accordance with EN 13706 / E23. This ensures that the platform has a minimum loadbearing capacity. These GRP construction profiles typically have an isopolyester resin matrix. For structures that are exposed to higher chemical stress, we can also use profiles with a vinyl ester resin matrix. If profiles need to be connected with angle brackets, we generally use V4A stainless steel connectors. We do not use short GRP remnants for such connections because they are not sturdy enough.

As noncorrosive plating is not always available for older vehicles, TC manufactures side walls made of glass fibrereinforced plastic that are suitable for all such models and makes, and provide an optimal and durable alternative to older metallic plating.

Some of the extralarge, solid window frontage profiles on the sixstorey building were manufactured using modern machinery at TechnoComposites Domine GmbH. At approx. 0.5 metres thick and featuring several hollow chambers, these façade element profiles are clearly visible on the building.
